Henry Charrabé

Chief Executive Officer

Henry J. Charrabé joined Seven Seas Water Group as Chief Executive Officer in September 2021. Before joining Seven Seas, Mr. Charrabé served as Managing Director and CEO of Fluence Corporation (ASX: FLC) until November 2020. Prior to the establishment of Fluence, he was the founding President and CEO of RWL Water since 2010 and helped merge RWL Water with Emefcy (ASX: EMC) in July 2017 to become Fluence. In his ten years at the helm of RWL Water and Fluence, Mr. Charrabé led the creation of one of the leading global companies focused specifically on the decentralized water and wastewater treatment industries. He has two decades of experience in developing water and wastewater management, as well as investment solutions. Mr. Charrabé received a bachelor’s degree from the Freie Universität in Berlin, Germany. He earned an M.A. in Political Science and an M.A. in International Economics and Finance, both from Brandeis University, as well as an M.A. in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
Chad Schafer

Chief Financial Officer

Chad Schafer has served as CFO of Seven Seas Water Group since April 2020. Mr. Schafer joined the Company in 2014 to serve as a key leader in the initial public offering of Aqua Venture Holdings, Seven Seas’ former parent company, in 2016 and has held multiple roles including V.P. of Corporate Accounting and Reporting and Director of Reporting. Mr. Schafer has also led or was involved with investor relations, corporate debt financings, share offerings, merger & acquisition activities, and public company compliance requirements. Prior to Seven Seas Water, Mr. Schafer held finance and accounting roles with Kforce Inc. (NASDAQ: KFRC) and Grant Thornton LLP. Mr. Schafer holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from the University of South Florida and is a certified public accountant.
Oliver Wiese

Chief Commercial Officer

Oliver Wiese joined Seven Seas Water Group in December 2021 as Chief Commercial Officer. He oversees all aspects of domestic and international business development, focusing on organically growing the Company’s solutions, as well as exploring inorganic options for mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Wiese brings over 20 years of experience in the water and wastewater industries, including senior executive positions with Suez North America, Evoqua, and Siemens Water Technologies.

Chief Operating Officer

Daniel Kennedy has spent the last 25 years of his professional career with Suez in various leadership positions, most recently as Regional Vice President and General Manager. He has vast experience in the water and wastewater industry, leading teams across the United States, and serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Seven Seas Water Group.
Michael Noone

Michael Noone

General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer

Michael Noone joined the Seven Seas Water Group in 2020. He is responsible for all legal, corporate governance and compliance matters for the company. He served as interim CEO for the company in 2021. Mr. Noone has 30 years of legal expertise guiding private and public company clients through mergers & acquisitions, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and human resource matters in both private and in-house practice. Mr. Noone was previously the CEO and President of SourceGas, LLC, where he also served as General Counsel and head of Commercial Development. Prior to this, Mr. Noone was a lawyer in private practice and handled complex commercial and regulatory matters for numerous clients, with a focus in the energy industry. He has held leadership roles in legal, regulatory affairs, community & governmental relations, customer care, infrastructure and business development. He is a graduate of Villanova University and Temple University Law School.
Brian Hernon

Senior Vice President Engineering

Brian Hernon serves as Senior Vice President of Engineering for Seven Seas Water Group. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Hernon was Vice President of Water Supply & Services and Vice President of Engineering at Ionics, Inc. where he was responsible for engineering and operations of build-own-operate facilities. With more than 35 years in the water industry, Mr. Hernon has extensive experience in designing, constructing and operating membrane-based plants. He earned M.S. and a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Rhode Island and the University of Massachusetts, respectively.

Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing

Erik Arfalk serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing, based in our Tampa office. Mr. Arfalk leads business development, strategic planning processes, corporate development, and industry-leading branding and marketing programs across various areas. With more than 20 years of international strategy and business development experience from companies like GE, Atlas Copco, Fluence, and strategy consulting.

Vice President Of Human Resources

Heather Cheek serves as Vice President of Human Resources. Based in the Tampa, Florida office, she brings over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources professional. Mrs. Cheek is responsible for all aspects relating to Human Resources, including the AUC operations in Texas, as well as all of our operating entities.
Roger Lappo

Roger Lappo

Senior Vice President of AUC Group

Roger Lappo serves as the General Manager for AUC Group where he oversees all AUC operations. Mr. Lappo is a versatile business executive with extensive experience in management, sales, and operations. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Lappo was the Regional Vice President of Schneider Electric, General Manager of Johnson Controls, and Director of Strategic Accounts at Siemens Building Technologies.
