Using Leasing Options for Streamlined Construction and Sustainable Water Management

Water Treatment Plant for Texas Development

In the burgeoning counties surrounding the Greater Houston area, the Signorelli Development Company, a valued customer of Seven Seas Water Group, began plans to develop land in Montgomery County. With a history of successful collaboration on previous projects, Signorelli chose Seven Seas to implement a comprehensive water cycle solution for its latest development.

Flexible Water and Wastewater Treatment Solutions

Signorelli required not only a water and wastewater treatment facility but also opted for Seven Seas’ Lease Plant Program. This encompassed a comprehensive leasing package covering all aspects within the development’s utility boundaries. By opting for this arrangement, Signorelli streamlined the construction process, consolidating various components under a single lease payment. This inclusive package covered site work, paving, grading, drainage, hydromulch, seeding, as well as installations of pipe bollards, chain-link fencing, and electrical infrastructure.

In addition, during construction efforts, modifications were made to dig a deeper well to access more water capable of sustaining the required flow rates for the treatment plant. This adjustment demanded careful planning and execution to guarantee the plant’s operational efficiency and the delivery of high-quality water to the community.

The decision to eliminate the need for subcontracting various components allowed Signorelli to maintain a laser focus on its core mission: delivering sustainable and thriving communities. This approach not only expedited the construction process but also ensured greater cohesion and efficiency throughout the project’s lifecycle. As a result, Signorelli successfully delivered a community poised for growth and prosperity within the Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 180.
