If you need water in a hurry, Seven Seas Water has developed specific solutions to meet these needs. Our financial strength, flexibility and innovative fast track solutions and committed personnel allow us to provide critical water and wastewater in record times.
Seven Seas Water has a track record of providing emergency supplies of water for municipal, industrial and private developers for many, many years. Our high efficiency, quick deploy seawater reverse osmosis systems can be shipped in just a matter of days and installed and commissioned to deliver potable or high purity water on an expedited timeline.
Our fleet of systems consists of 250,000 gallon (946.4 m3) per day seawater and brackish water reverse osmosis mobile containers, and 1 million gallon (3,784.4 m3) per day skid mounted units. The systems are interchangeable and can be combined to deliver millions of gallons/liters of water per day. Our subsidiary AUC Group provides Temporary Wastewater Bypass plants (https://aucgroup.net/temporary-by-pass-plants/) for situations where rapidly available temporary wastewater treatment is required.
1.5 million gallons per day (MGD) (5,678.1 m3/day) delivered in 92 days during equipment overhauls in the US Virgin Islands.
650,000 gallons (2,460.5 m3) per day of ultra-pure water delivered in 67 days as one of the world’s largest refineries experienced equipment downtime.
500, 000 gallons (1,892.7 m3) per day of industrial quality water was flowing in under 60 days to a utility in Curaçao to help keep up with production requirements.
Mobile seawater desalination reverse osmosis (SWRO) units are self-contained systems that provide a highly flexible way of providing potable water from a local seawater source.
The containers or skidded systems can be installed and put into production significantly faster than a permanent desalination plant. They are designed for severe duty with corrosion-resistant components. Electricity is required for operation and an optional power module for use with a generator can be built in. Energy costs in remote areas are typically high, and the modular systems are equipped with an energy recovery device which significantly reduces power consumption and lowers operating costs.
Seven Seas Water’s fleet of high efficiency, containerized reverse osmosis units offer a solution for clients with urgent needs or those with phased expansion plans. Multiple units can be combined to deliver millions of gallons/liters of water per day.
For clients who need bulk water fast on a more permanent basis, Seven Seas Water’s 1 MGD (3,784.4 m3/day) skidded seawater reverse osmosis quick deploy systems are a great alternative. Multiple systems can be conveniently combined to expand capacity with phased requirements.
Each 1MGD system is comprised of the following:
Seven Seas Water maintains an inventory of 1MGD (3,785.4 m3/day) skid mounted brackish water reverse osmosis (BWRO) units with high recovery, high rejection membranes. These units are typically paired with either the containerized or skid mounted SWRO quick deploy units described above to produce a finished water quality that has a specification exceeding that of potable water. Users of these solutions include power plants, refineries and other types of industrial or manufacturing facilities. When necessary, the BWRO units are reconfigured as required to fit specific applications. The specifications below are for the standard units typically kept in inventory.
