St. Thomas, USVI, Thursday May 22, 2014 – The Caribbean Electric Utility Services Corporation’s 2014 Chief Executive Officers and Corporate Communications Symposium was held in St. Thomas from May 18 – May 21st and was co-hosted by the VI Water & Power Authority (WAPA).  Seven Seas Water welcomed guests to tour the Randolph E. Harley Power Plant Desalination Facility.  In addition to producing 2.2MGD (8,328 m3/d) of fresh water per day for the territory, Seven Seas Water also has a second plant on site that delivers 550k (2,081 m3/d) GPD of ultra pure water to the VI Water & Power Authority for the production of electricity.

In 2013, Seven Seas Water successfully overhauled WAPA’s production of ultra pure water by replacing the existing Mixed Ion Exchange Beds with Continuous Electro-Deionization.
